The Friday Daytime League is a unique part of the Southern Squash League — built for players who prefer weekday play, enjoy a relaxed environment, and still love a good match.
Whether you’re retired, working flexible hours, or simply prefer your squash before the weekend begins, this league is designed with you in mind.

Matches are played Friday mornings or early afternoons

Social, yet structured — results still count!

Encourages sportsmanship, camaraderie, and consistency

All matches are mixed gender and open to all levels
FORMAT & EXPECTATIONS
Each team plays home and away throughout the season
Supper is usually replaced with light morning tea or coffee chats
Same scoring system as other leagues: → Games won, then rubbers won if tied
Players must still ref matches and know the basic WSF rules
Via your club using the Most teams coordinate carpools or shared transport when needed
