Junior & Child Safety Policy
- Promoting participation and empowerment of juniors.
- Ensuring all volunteers hold valid WWCC checks.

Concerns can be reported confidentially to the SSL Child Safety Officer.
Code of Conduct
- Show respect to others on and off the court.
- Play fairly and uphold the rules.
- Accept referee decisions without dissent.
- Avoid physical or verbal abuse.
- Represent the league with integrity.
Breaches may result in penalties, suspension, or disciplinary review.
Referee Accreditation & Compliance Policy
- All players and officials are expected to complete RAP every four years.
- Certification aligns with WSF Rules and SRV guidelines.
- Failure to maintain accreditation may affect finals eligibility.
Governance & Disciplinary Policy
- All breaches are reviewed by the SSL Committee.
- Findings are communicated in writing.
- Players and clubs may appeal decisions within seven days.
Volunteer & Committee Policy
SSL relies on volunteers to operate successfully and values the contribution of all committee members and helpers.
- Volunteers are treated with fairness and respect.
- SSL provides guidance and support for volunteer roles.
- Approved volunteer expenses may be reimbursed.
